When you create an account with The Lighting Exchange for the first time, you will need to verify your email address through the confirmation link sent to your email. Please look for an email from The Lighting Exchange ([email protected]) with the subject “Email Confirmation for Event RSVP.” The email should look similar to the screenshot below.
If you did not receive this verification email, please follow the steps below:
- Wait up to 10 minutes to receive the verification email.
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder(s).
- Email us at [email protected]. If the above two options do not work for you, we would be more than happy to approve your email address for you!
Please note that you will not be able to enter the event until you confirm your email address. You will only need to confirm your email address if you are creating an account with The Lighting Exchange for the first time.
