Making Changes to Event Content

If you need to change any of your submitted event content or assets, please let our team know as soon as possible. Generally, all exhibitor content is due three weeks before your event so that we have ample time to upload everything before your Dry Run. If your content submission deadline has passed, please reach out to us at [email protected] to see if we can make your requested change. We will always try to be as accommodating as possible, but we cannot promise to make all requested changes after this deadline.

For any changes in text/copy, please re-submit your Sponsor Form and highlight all changes in yellow. This format will help us understand what you have changed and what has stayed the same. You can either email us this PDF or send it through WeTransfer to [email protected]

For any changes in assets (videos, images, handouts), please send your new files through WeTransfer to [email protected]. Please make sure to explain whether you would like these new files to replace previous files or be added to previous files.
