Sending/Receiving Swag

After the event is over, the LEX Events team will send all of the event analytics to the Agency hosting the event, including which attendees completed all of the engagement objectives to unlock the swag. The Agency will then select the raffle winners and email all earned swag items to the attendees, usually within two weeks of the event.

If an exhibitor sponsors a raffle item, they will select a winner from the list of attendees who joined their networking room and email them their prize.
