We are so excited for you to join us as an exhibitor for your event! Soon after you officially signed up to be an exhibitor, you should have received an email from the LEX Events team with a “Sponsor Form” attached as an editable PDF. Please fill out this form and gather all relevant event content by your event’s content submission deadline.
Once you have all of your event content together and complete, please follow the below steps to submit it to the LEX Events team through WeTransfer:
- Go to https://wetransfer.com/.
Note: You do NOT need to create a WeTransfer account to send your files to us! - On the left side of your screen, select the blue plus sign to “Upload files.”
Select all files from your computer to submit to our team, including your completed Sponsor Form, logo, handout(s), presenter headshot(s), live stream video(s), and banner image(s). - In the “title” and “message” boxes, please type your company name, the name of the Agency hosting the event, and the event date.
Ex. [Exhibitor Name] content for 10/21 [Agency] event - Send your files to [email protected]!
If you click on the three dots in the bottom left corner of the transfer box, you have the option to “Send email transfer” or “Get transfer link.” Either option works for us – just make sure to send your files to our [email protected] email address.
