If you are receiving an error message saying that you have an unstable internet connection, you will need to troubleshoot your internet connection within your browser or computer.
Below are some general tips for troubleshooting your internet connection:
- Check the internet connection for the other computers in your office or house.
If your computer is the only one struggling to connect, the issue is with your computer, not the router or modem. - Close out of apps and websites that may be taking up too much internet capacity on your computer.
- Try entering the event in a different internet browser.

- Make sure your router is positioned with adequate airflow to avoid overheating.
- Restart your router (turn it off and on again).
Unplug or power off your router, wait 2-5 minutes before plugging it back in, then wait another 5 minutes before retrying your connection. - Contact your service provider.
