Below are a few reasons that you may be having trouble entering a featured or networking room:
- The room is not open yet.
Featured rooms follow a timed agenda and will open for attendees 5 minutes before their scheduled start time. Please make sure that you are trying to enter the room during the correct scheduled time. - The presenter has locked their room.
A presenter may have locked their networking room to take a quick break or present in their featured room. Please check back at a later time to see if they have opened their room. - The presenter is not currently in their room.
If the exhibitor is not in their room for 5 minutes, the room will close. Please check back at a later time to see if they have opened their room. - Your camera and/or microphone are not properly connected.
To enter any room, you must first pass the “Check Your Audio and Video” screen. You must have at least a microphone connected to participate in the event. If you have issues with your camera/microphone connecting, please click here: My Camera Or Microphone Isn’t Working.
If you cannot enter a room, please try to enter other rooms while waiting for your preferred room to open again. You can always check back at a later time to see if the presenter has opened their room!
